1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Most Recent Winner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Most Recent Winner is a mobile application that allows users to create and track rivalries with friends. Users can record match results, view rivalry history, and send messages (taunts) to other rivalry participants.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide a valid phone number to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
  • You may only have one account per person

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Harass, bully, or threaten other users
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Impersonate another person
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to hack the App
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the App
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (display name, profile photo, taunts). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

6. Taunts and Communication

The taunt feature is intended for friendly, good-natured competition. While playful trash talk is encouraged, the following are prohibited:

  • Hate speech or discriminatory content
  • Threats of violence
  • Sexually explicit content
  • Personal attacks that cross the line from playful to harmful

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
